No Fire Bituminous Waterproof System

One of the weak points of the building against a fire is represented by the roof, since the flames tend to rise upwards and can be easily fed by the roof structures themselves. The technology and legislation on fire prevention and fire protection inside buildings is very advanced, but it should not be overlooked that a fire can also originate from external factors and develop on the roof due to burning embers carried by the wind coming from fires in nearby buildings.

The ‘NO FIRE’ certified fireproof waterproofing membranes have been specifically designed to comply with the UNI EN 13501-5:2009 standard for installation on roofs equipped with a photovoltaic system and comply with the requirements of the ‘Guide for the installation of photovoltaic panels of the Fire Department of the Ministry of the Interior.

The waterproofing membranes ‘NO FIRE’ are particularly suitable for all existing and/or newly built roofs where activities subject to fire control and prevention are carried out and the installation of a photovoltaic system is envisaged.
