Join the Cassani Asfalti team and TCA Training for 3 minutes of truth about the work that matters.

Get involved and join our team and TCA Training: go beyond the old concept of a tar worker. Change your perspective!

Internal training program for non-commercial purposes; preparation for the official exam at authorized external institutions.

If you want to make the leap in quality, this is the starting point. I’m Roberto Cassani, owner of Cassani Asfalti, the first worker in my company and an Accredia-accredited trainer for the application of bituminous and/or PVC-TPO waterproofing systems. For those who work with me, this is a real opportunity: I put my official qualification at your disposal to provide you with serious training and guide you, step by step, towards a real, selective, and accredited official exam.

I founded the TCA Training school: the first and only in-house training facility within an application company in our sector in Italy. We go beyond simple attendance certificates: here, we pass on a profession built on passion, dedication, and hands-on experience. I dedicate my time and personal resources to a specific goal: to teach the expert application of bituminous, synthetic, and liquid systems, personally guiding each worker through preparation for official certification. My role is to act as a mentor and instructor directly on the construction site; The greatest investment is my time, which I reserve for those who demonstrate a genuine willingness to learn.

On the construction site, safety comes first. We work in strict compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08 and all applicable regulations, providing PPE, mandatory training, and health surveillance where required. Safety and cleanliness go hand in hand, because only an orderly construction site, combined with constant monitoring of temporary structures and ancillary facilities, minimizes the risk of injury and complaints from supervisory authorities. We work like a Michelin-starred kitchen brigade: a team where the entire line must function perfectly, where every station is crucial, and where the error of one individual impacts the outcome of all. We move together, with precision and complete cleanliness, in compliance with safety plans, without compromise. To do this, I need teams with clear roles and responsible individuals.

THOSE WHO WORK FOR CASSANI ASFALTI CHANGE THEIR PERSPECTIVE.

In my company and my school, I’m not just looking for menial labor. I teach how a business works, how to properly interact with colleagues, because here we all need each other, and unity is strength. I teach, without exception, how to navigate construction sites in complete safety, how to treat clients both on site and in their homes, and what the true value of work is.

A waterproofer is, forever, a guardian of building protection: a figure who monitors, protects, and works diligently in the field to safeguard the value of structures. However, we remain grounded, fully respecting the roles defined by the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL), and with a clear truth: the investment in time, resources, and high-level training always ultimately pays off, even in the professional growth of the Specialized Waterproofer, because the license and skills remain a personal asset. If you don’t put in the effort and dedication, it’s wasted time from the start.

OUR ESSENTIAL CONDITIONS, IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE

1) Respect for roles (the contractual basis) Being a skilled worker means responsibility and compliance with procedures to minimize errors. This does not mean being an entrepreneur or an office technician. Roles and duties are established by the applicable National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL). Business decisions and risks are the responsibility of the company; workers perform their duties professionally.

2) Behavior and Discipline: On construction sites and at customer sites, we represent the excellence of Cassani Asfalti. Education and respect for spaces and people are essential. Violations are handled according to regulations and the CCNL, up to and including disciplinary action.

3) Pure meritocracy (the value of exchange) We invest in those who demonstrate commitment, punctuality, and quality every day. Those who deserve it are supported on a growth path. Any recognition and promotions follow transparent policies and comply with the CCNL.

4) Professional Authenticity (the reality of the construction site) We are looking for genuine workers, with a desire to learn and a commitment to excellence. A waterproofer is a building protection professional. No improvisation or proposals beyond their real expertise. Rules and procedures must not be overridden.

5) Responsible use of social media (institutional seriousness) In the company and on construction sites, we do not rely on unverified content seen on social media. Many public images show work that does not align with technical standards and best practices: they do not represent a serious company. Quality is demonstrated on the construction site, by complying with technical standards, not by giving thumbs up. For this reason, Cassani Asfalti chooses not to publish on social media, to protect its work and institutional commitments, without judging third parties.

6) The certified license (the final goal) Once internal training is completed and the minimum time required by the standard has been accrued, we support access to the UNI 11333 license exam (parts 1, 2, and 3). This exam is issued exclusively by authorized external bodies; we provide preparation and support for access to the exam, but there is no guarantee of passing. Cassani Asfalti and TCA Training do not replace institutional bodies (e.g., Formedil and ASSIMP): the exam and eventual certification are administered by authorized external bodies and are not guaranteed.

This path requires shared goals, respect for the rules, and a genuine desire to improve every day. If you’re simply looking for routine or aren’t open-minded enough to challenge yourself, our standards may not be for you. We prefer transparency from the outset, to invest time and resources in those who wish to build a solid future with us.
